a variety of challenging roles. -Summary: The Corporate Travel and
Expense Reimbursement Financial Analyst is responsible for
performing routine and non-routine analysis of varying complexity
to support management decision making regarding the corporate
travel and expense reimbursement program. This position is
instrumental in investigating, resolving, and/or escalating travel
and expense related issues that impact FM Global employees.
-Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting,
testing, and implementing changes to the corporate travel and
expense management system and will participate in various
projects/initiatives that require liaising with other departments.
-The work schedule for this position is hybrid. 50% of time spent
on-site in office in Johnston, RI and 50% spent working remotely.
Anchor day is Thursday.
Responsibilities: -Work with employees (globally) to resolve
various issues related to the corporate travel and expense program
including system related issues (this includes investigating the
root cause of the problem and proposing resolution). -Includes
provision of training and guidance to employee end users. -Provide
routine and non-routine moderate to high complexity analysis to
management (and other requesting parties) on a timely basis.
-Certain requested analyses may require identification of
irregularities in expense reports.Administrative responsibilities
for the expense management system (i.e., system maintenance, simple
configuration, testing/QA, etc.).Assist in the administration of
the corporate American Express (Amex) program (individual corporate
cards and meeting cards).Monitor and report on Corporate Travel and
Expense policy non-compliance as it relates to the Amex program.
-Assist in developing and deploying new business processes to
accommodate global expansion or regulatory changes. -Involvement in
the expense report audit process (i.e., advise team on audit
process improvements, identification and summarization of audit
trends and patterns for management review). -
-Qualifications:Highly Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance or Business Administration is highly preferred.
