time.How you make a difference:The Director of Compliance is
responsible for analyzing legal, regulatory, licensing, and
accreditation requirements to ensure compliance with applicable
laws and regulations. They oversee the development of compliance
risk mitigation plans and collaborate with on-site leadership to
ensure that operating policies and procedures align with compliance
requirements. This position requires up to 80% travel to various
sites to educate and enforce compliance controls.Key
Responsibilities:Develop and implement compliance-related policies
and procedures.Assess and manage compliance or operational risks
and develop strategies to mitigate them.Investigate compliance and
operational issues and implement improvements in communication,
monitoring, and enforcement of compliance standards.Interpret
written policies and procedures related to compliance activities
and file compliance reports.Assist with training, preparation for
accreditation surveys, and Process Improvement Plans for
remediation and validation while maintaining communication with
enterprise-wide leadership.Qualifications &
Requirements:EducationB.S. or B.A. Preferred10 Years correctional
healthcare experience in lieu of degree considered.Experience5
Years experience in a correctional healthcare
settingLicenses/CertificationsCertification in Healthcare
Professional Organization (NCCHC, ACA, CHE, etc.) preferred or able
