Job Description:
Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key contributor
to our high-performing, data-driven digital marketing team. This
position is tasked with designing, planning, and executing
first-in-class email and on-site digital marketing activities aimed
at delighting and engaging our customers. This person will play an
important part in providing a top-notch e-commerce experience for
audiences who visit W.B. Mason digital properties. Responsibilities
may include planning and sending emails, audience engagement,
targeting and segmentation, promotional content management, and
some web design and coding. This individual will utilize a broad
knowledge of Digital Marketing skills to support stakeholders in
their campaigns and evaluate, incubate, and implement innovative
approaches in Digital Marketing. We want people with an intense

digital marketing world Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work
closely with item category leaders to execute marketing strategies
and support campaigns to reach business objectives and key
performance indicators Implement, measure, and optimize email
campaign marketing offers, content, and targeting Develop and
deploy targeted advertisements across the W.B. Mason e-commerce
website Effectively project manage a portfolio of digital
initiatives and priorities Work closely with web designers to
create engaging email and website image and text design elements to
support promotional efforts Leverage marketing tools, systems, and
platforms to execute testing strategies and measure campaign
effectiveness Grow into a subject matter expert in Adobe's
Marketing Cloud and product integration, especially around best
practices, content management, analytics, testing, segmentation,
and targeting Configure and build complex customer journeys within
the Adobe Marketing Cloud software platform Assist in creating and
maintaining a collection of practices in database marketing to
ensure timely and accurate marketing programs Be a knowledge source
for partner campaign questions Participate in the development and
execution of a robust digital marketing calendar Other duties as

technical knowledge Qualifications Education and/or Experience
Bachelor---s Degree Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
required Experience working in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and/or
Adobe Analytics tools a plus Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe
Photoshop, and experience working within a content management
system a plus Minimum Qualifications To perform this job
