Job Description:
Position: Marketing Operations Product Manager Duties: Develop trajectory roadmaps for alignment across
Wayfair’s business. Scope technical projects and manage sprints for
the engineering teams. Analyze business impact of feature releases
and feature requests to determine the impact or potential impact of
updates. Prioritize backlog of requests and projects. Understand and
communicate the advertising business model to management. Drive several
product roadmaps forward simultaneously. Create internal and external
network of peers who will drive projects forward. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business
Administration, Government, Political Science or related field (willing to
accept foreign education equivalent) plus one (1) year experience
performing SQL analytics, Search Engine Marketing and marketing feed
management. One year of experience must include: identifying operational
process improvement opportunities and driving concurrent improvements in
people, process and technology; creating strategic roadmaps for growth
and managing implementation against deadlines and milestones;
leading executive-level communications with multiple stakeholders
regarding strategic vision alignment and project status updates;
developing business cases and financial strategy for product development,
including defining business goals, creating execution steps, and
analyzing business returns; reporting on business case analysis and
revenue analysis using Excel, and developing presentations using Visio
and PowerPoint; building predictive models, and using historical
data to predict target markets, customer segments, messaging and
spending; evaluating predictive models including ROI analysis and back
testing historical data for evaluating future predictions; developing
marketing campaign automation tools and processes to scale marketing
channels, such as campaign creations tools and bidding tools; testing
new marketing processes and initiatives, such as customer
retargeting campaigns and landing page tests; and creating and managing
Search Engine Marketing campaigns, as well as marketing feeds across
