Job Description Certification Details - CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) - CRCST - CER (Certified Endoscope Reprocessor) - CST Certification (NBSTA or NCCT only) Job Details - Sterile Processing Supervisor Lead position. - Day shift with variable start times. - Shared housing provided at no cost. Job Requirements - CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) required. - CRCST certification required. - CER (Certified Endoscope Reprocessor) required. - CST Certification (NBSTA or NCCT only) required for MA locations, preferred for NH. - Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration. - MA Conditional Licenses not accepted. - Both NURSYS and BON required for nursing licenses. - Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test. - Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15th - April 30th). - Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break, or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break. - Physician Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. - MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. - MGB Massachusetts CORI check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. - MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience. - Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation if fit test is required for skill. - MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in Skillset. - MGB Skills Checklist required for submission. - MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions. - MGB Education Verification through background check company. - MGB SSN Trace must be run with Criminal check. - MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually. - MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
