Responsibilities include supporting students with behavioral needs while working alongside educational staff. Candidates should be comfortable with toileting and diapering assistance if necessary and adaptable to classroom changes. These roles do not involve physical restraint or heavy-duty tasks. Key qualifications and experience: Prior behavioral-based paraprofessional experience in a school environment High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable working with students in the SPED population Flexible and adaptable to changing classroom settings Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass district fingerprinting and onboarding requirements Must provide one completed reference prior to submission Candidates will participate in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process.
