ideal candidate is a Senior .NET Engineer who will collaborate with
team leads to innovate and develop high-impact features for our

position is based in our Boston, MA office. We support a hybrid
work model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.Note: Visa

- Develop scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions using .NET
Core, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business
needs into maintainable solutions.
- Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, optimization,
and adherence to best practices in security, quality, and
performance.
- Monitor and maintain critical platforms to ensure high
availability and seamless user experiences.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues, minimizing downtime and
improving system efficiency.
- Explore emerging technologies and architectural improvements to
keep solutions innovative.
- Participate actively in technical discussions with a
problem-solving mindset.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on shared learning
and innovation.
- Drive development excellence through best practices and design
patterns.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality
outcomes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications &
Experience
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years
in .NET Core.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and
event-driven systems.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React,
or Next.js.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and scalable
solution design.
- Understanding of software architecture principles and design
patterns.
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and
manage priorities effectively.
