Job Description:
As the Engineering Manager you will lead all engineering efforts
and drive continuous improvements across processes, equipment and
operations. Your overall goal and focus will be on cost reduction
and efficiency. The Engineering Manager will oversee the technical
team, oversee project execution and setting goals within the team.

Description As the Engineering Manager you will: Lead engineering
projects in a plastics manufacturing setting, ensuring quality and
cost goals are met. Improve molding processes, tooling, and
automation for greater efficiency. Supervise and support the daily
work of the engineering team. Partner with other departments to
evaluate and launch new projects. Maintain technical standards and
review product designs for manufacturing. Profile The Engineering
Manager should have: Has a strong technical background in plastics
manufacturing and process improvement. Experienced in interpreting
engineering documentation and quality standards. Comfortable
working with measurement tools and data analysis to ensure product
quality. Demonstrates effective project management skills from
start to finish. Works well collaboratively and communicates
