recognized leading producer of the world's most advanced commercial
and military turbine engines, is seeking talented engineering
students to join our organization in an internship capacity during
the summer of 2026. Identify & implement shop floor process
improvements that increase output and reduce overall costs Assist
in creating and maintaining shop floor work instructions (including
specifications, engineering changes, process control, and tooling
definition/requirements) Participate in lean manufacturing
initiatives that support continuous process improvement Participate
in special projects that could involve cost reduction, special
processes, machining processes and supplier support activities The
intern will be given a specific process improvement task to take
ownership of, and progress to completion throughout their
internship. Qualifications You Must Have Enrolled in an engineering
degree program, preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing
Engineering, or Physics Minimum of 30 credits prior to starting
your internship Qualifications We Prefer Minimum of 3.0 GPA
Applicable manufacturing engineering experience and processing
knowledge Understanding of machining and NC programming Strong

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status
throughout the recruiting process. Onsite: Employees who are
working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes
all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to
the development of our products. As part of our commitment to

as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is
37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited
to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a
candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key
skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
