Job Summary: In the role of Senior Manager, Customer Operations and Supply Chain, the incumbent will be expected to provide leadership, direction, and solution-oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team. The incumbent will have responsibility for S&OP, capacity planning, materials management/flow, tactical procurement, production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing and logistics. This position will help to drive key critical performance drivers (CPDs) such as fill rate, on-time delivery, back order, quality lot acceptance and financial metrics such as inventory turns, standard cost variances, absorption and budget. The incumbent will represent Integer in a professional and exemplary manner before our customers, suppliers, Associates and community. In addition, this position will ensure advocacy for the customer and work closely with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to provide solutions that fulfill our customers' needs with speed, accuracy, and exceptional communication. Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Champions the voice of the customer as a member of the Site Leadership Team.
  • Works with the Site Leadership team to instill customer advocacy within the facility.
  • Serves as the voice of customer during customer production meetings and interactions with facility personnel.
  • Represents Integer and the site to the customer and Sales as appropriate in conjunction with customer communication, visits and issue resolution.
  • Develops and fosters customer relationships by working directly with Factory Direct customers and partnering with Sales and/or Customer Success Enterprise for Corporate, Strategic and Multi-Site customers.
  • Demonstrates responsiveness and leadership in interactions with customers, Sales and Customer Success
  • Provides the revenue sales forecast annually and monthly, including reconciliation to the monthly facility forecast. Provides data for Site and Quarterly Business Reviews and participate in reviews.
  • Works with facility personnel (Planning, Operations and Purchasing) to meet customer requests for items such as order expedites and change requests.
  • Provides leadership to Customer Operations Team members including guidance, prioritization, training and support for daily activities. Works with team to identify process improvement opportunities to better serve customers.
  • Drives team performance towards key metric targets.
  • Works with Customers in the establishment and management of Kanban and Consigned Finished Goods Inventory programs, and ensures that proper Demand and Capacity Plans are implemented to support these requirements at their site.
  • Drives the sites planning process for demand and capacity planning, production scheduling and execution, inventory, purchasing and supplier service level management. Responsible for integrating production schedules with business planning and forecasting. Provides input as needed in capital expenditure (CAPEX) justification and approval working with peers within operations.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy (raw, outside services, WIP and finished goods) and cycle count programs. Works closely with finance to maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand while meeting Integer financial objectives.
  • Manages and supports outside service providers to meet Integer business requirements.
  • Manages production order execution and working with operations to ensure that on-time delivery, cycle time and fill rate goals are met.
  • Manages site procurement activities, including raw materials, outside services (OSV), expense items, etc.
  • Manages supplier programs, including the implementation of Kanban Replenishment, Consigned Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs in areas such as raw materials, tooling, etc.
  • Participates in Global Supply Chain meetings within Integer to foster cross site teamwork and development of our Global Supply Chain capabilities.
  • Explores new technologies and processes, to reduce non-value added procurement and planning activities.
  • Responsible for training and career development of all site Supply Chain associates.
  • Performs other duties as required. Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years' experience in medical device or related field Knowledge & Skills:
  • Special Skills: Forecasting, Oracle, Microsoft
  • Specialized Knowledge: Must be a driver of lean manufacturing and a lean culture. Must have background in Planning and Analytics
