The Opportunity:Clean Harbors, Norwell, MA, is looking for a
Director, CRM Management to join their safety conscious team! We
are looking for a senior leader to head the business-facing
Salesforce CRM team. The Director, CRM Management role is
responsible for guiding the Salesforce CRM platform at our Company
technologically, strategically, and operationally, by bringing
strong business-driven CRM leadership to the enterprise. The
Director, CRM Management will set and execute a strategic vision
and roadmap for the organization by collaborating with the SVP,
Sales Operations, business, IT, and executive leadership of Clean
Harbors. The role will act as a strategic thought partner and
liaison between internal teams including but not limited to Sales,
Marketing, IT, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have
enabled multiple business processes across the various aspects of
the Salesforce platform and delivered sustainable solutions to
their business and IT stakeholders. They will have sound technical
understanding and be able to translate business needs to system
solutions. This role is strategic and critical to the business
needs and will lead a business-facing team to maintain and expand a
foundational business system for the enterprise.The individual must
have deep hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform, a
business process background, experience with technical integrations
to other systems and tools, seasoned business acumen, and mature
communication and influencing skills with a track record of
building a strong team of admins, analysts, and IT counterparts.Why

- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by
complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and
always acting in a safe manner;
- Drive the strategy of the Salesforce ecosystem, balancing the
needs of the business segments with the capabilities of the
platform (performance, scalability, data integrity,
sustainability);
- Act as the system's business architect for the enterprise,
driving roadmap planning, designing, and creative solutioning;
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and
associated plans for the Salesforce platform and its users;
- Manage a team of Administrators and Analysts, working closely
with IT developers and stakeholders to deliver business-driven
solutions within Salesforce and associated systems;
- Maintain the highest level of data integrity through the
development and implementation of well-defined processes, driving
toward reduced complexity and a best-in-class user experience for
Salesforce users;
- Work closely with other Sales Operations partners to ensure all
aspects of the system and tool are meeting business
objectives;
- Develop and maintain consolidated reporting, monitor actual
spending vs. forecast, and perform enhanced, in-depth, financial
analysis and modeling of CRM activities and KPIs.What does it take
to work for Clean Harbors?
- BS or MS in Business Administration, Computer Science or
equivalent background;
- Seasoned expert with 8-10 years of experience successfully
managing the Salesforce ecosystem or various clouds. Sales and
Service clouds experience is mandatory, High Velocity Sales a
plus;
- 5+ years of management experience;
- Salesforce certification(s) required;
- Strong combination of being business-minded and highly
analytical;
- Experience working with and leading technical and functional
resources to deliver valuable solutions in the Salesforce
ecosystem;
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems
creatively, and deliver results;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with many tasks and
aggressive timelines; ability to prioritize workloads and deliver
on commitments;
- A strong team-player mentality, we deliver the best results
together;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong communication
skills, both verbal and written;
- Demonstrated experience as a partner to senior and executive
