Job DescriptionCGS is looking for a RN—Nurse Manager (Oncology) to provide top tier support to our client and their patients. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a cutting edge multi-disciplinary health care group to promote wellness, maintain current health, and intervene in acute or chronic illness through evidence-based practices. This position involves the assessment and individualized care for our diverse patient population. This is a full-time position and includes a competitive benefit package.Job Duties

• Manage the daily operations of clinical units
• Supervise all non-provider staff within assigned units
• Ensure effective and efficient patient flow and high standard of customer service
• Implement operating policies and procedures required to deliver quality patient care, enhance practice volumes, and appropriately manage operating costs as directed by leadership
• Assists in management of financials for assigned practices
• Implement plans for the provision of cost-effective, high quality health care services for new and existing patients.Job Specific Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in management of Physician Hematology/Oncology practice including ambulatory infusion clinic – REQUIRED
  • Massachusetts State License---REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing - REQUIRED, MSN preferred.
  • Word and Excel skills - REQUIRED
  • BLS - REQUIRED
  • OCN- highly preferred
  • Demonstrates success with continuous improvement; experience working with Lean principles.
