We at Massasoit Community College pride ourselves in our

degree programs in arts, sciences, and applied sciences and 24
certificates. The College also offers non-credit workforce
development certificates; corporate training courses; adult basic
education; personal enrichment classes; and Early College programs

all students enrolled and more than half of all Massasoit students
are first generation to attend college. More than 900 students
graduate from Massasoit with an associate degree or certificate
each year.Brockton, Massachusetts, home of Massasoit's largest

Job Description:
The President of Massasoit Community College invites dynamic,
visionary, and enthusiastic leaders to join the Massasoit team. The
president's vision is strategic, forward-thinking, and dedicated to
a Student Success philosophy. Reporting directly to the Vice
President of Student Services and Enrollment Management, the
Director of Athletics is responsible for the development,
management, and supervision of the Massasoit Community College
intercollegiate athletics, intramurals and sports recreation
programs. The Director also (1) provides visionary leadership,
strategic planning and growth for these programs; (2) maintains
programs that are committed to the mission of the college; (3)
continually strives for a better student-athlete experience that
includes retention and graduation; (4) administers the overall
athletic department budget; and (5) manages the administrative, and
coaching staffs.Responsibilities and Duties:Essential Functions

Position Status: Non-unit Professional, full-time state funded with
benefits.Salary: $77,207 - $100,367 (annually), commensurate with
education and experience.Worksite: Assignments will include all
