Job Responsibilities
Managing sales staff of sales people and cashiers
Performing sales training
Monitoring sales performance to goals
Selling used & new automotive parts
Servicing retail & wholesale customers
Brokering parts to fulfill customer orders
Heavy walk-in traffic & phone call volume
Generating new wholesale business
Monitoring quote & part satisfaction customer calls
Resolving customer issues/problems
Must be willing to work flexible schedule / weekends
Skillsets
Automotive knowledge - mechanical parts & body parts
Sales management experience (mandatory)
Computer skills (Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office)
Customer Service oriented
Interpersonal skills - must be a people person
Phone skills

Ability to handle a fast paced environment
Bi-lingual (helpful) Spanish/Portuguese
