We offer a stable, supportive, and growing organization that focuses on your needs and interests.Currently assisting one of our well-established hospice agency partners with a need for an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to see patients in both homes and facilities in and around the Brockton, MA area.Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week4 day workweeks considered (4-10 hour days)No weekends or on-call required!Competitive pay rates with mileage reimbursementConsolidated territory, less travelRequires minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience with a Medicare certified agency.Primary nurse provides quality nursing care to identified Hospice patients. The scope of the primary Hospice RN includes direct patient care, coordination of patient and patient advocacy. Patient includes the individual, family/significant other and community.
