Registered Nurse We have partnered with a hospital looking for experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN license required) that can start on an immediate basis. The hospital takes pride in helping people recover from illnesses and conditions that are often underserved or difficult to manage in other health care settings. The newly hired RNs is responsible for implementing the nursing process, and is responsible and accountable for assessing, prescribing, delegating, coordinating, providing and improving acute and specialized nursing care. General Responsibilities Included but not limited to: - Initiates physical, psychosocial and spiritual assessment of patients nursing care needs according to admission procedure and as specified per unit policy. - Develops a Plan of Care with patient, patient's significant others, multidisciplinary health care team, and other resources - Implements and documents nursing interventions as per plan of care and in accordance with nursing theory - Provides ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient status at specified times as per unit policy and to determine effectiveness of interventions, patient's response to treatment - Documents nursing care process and outcomes/situational occurrences in accordance with unit policies/procedures. - Demonstrates competence in assessing and providing age appropriate care to all patients. - Demonstrates competence in assessing and providing care that is cognizant of and sensitive to patients' cultural and spiritual needs. - Assures continuity of care amongst all caregivers by following both the hospital-wide and nursing hand-off communication policies. - Demonstrates a positive attitude and treats staff/patients/families/ visitors/other departments and outside agencies with respect and dignity at all times. FAQs - We are hiring for all 3 shifts - The pay range is $50-$70 per hour based on experience - Candidate would be subject to a background check prior to starting - Referrals are welcome - we offer a $250 bonus for any RN referred that begins working.
