Duties
Patient evaluation
Development of Plan of Care
Direct care based on the Plan
Documentation- Progress notes on EMR
Communicate with the Patient, family members or other involved Healthcare providers
Help you patients reach their potential
Your Compensation and Benefits Package
Salary: (range) 80,000 plus per year (depending on experience)

Requirements:
Current licensure or license eligible (MA)
Graduation from accredited Physical Therapist program (DPT preferred)
Outstanding communication skills
