Job Description:

The Vice President Clinical Services & Innovation is responsible for overseeing association-wide clinical operations, innovation and quality management in support of the Old Colony Y's mission and strategic goals. This position will bear the primary responsibility for the management of the Association's continuous quality improvement activities that enhance the Old Colony Y. Responsibility also includes sourcing and developing clinical funding opportunities and for providing oversight to provider contracts on a primary or secondary basis.Requirements:

• Master's or higher degree in Related Field preferred
  • Massachusetts Social Work Licensure (LICSW) or LMHC preferred
    • Minimum of ten years of clinical management experience in public or private agencies providing child welfare services, juvenile justice, behavioral health or related fields
      • Experience partnering with government agencies is preferred specifically Department of Education, Department of Children and Families, Department of youth Services, Department of Labor, and Early Education and Childcare.
        • Working knowledge of Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnerships, DCF, and DYS
          • A demonstrated ability to produce quality outcomes
            • Program development and systems design and research skills
              • Strong CQI/TQM knowledge base
                • Innovative thinker with ability to add structure and conceptual framing
                  • Ability to effectively lead and develop staff in order to grow organizational capacity
