LPN Responsibilities:- Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs- Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration- Assists physicians and registered nurses -LPN Qualifications:-Nursing degree from an accredited school-At least -1 year of - experience as an -LPN in a behavioral health setting- An active professional LPN - license
