Northeast Family Services is seeking In-Home Behavior Therapists for our LGBTQ oriented Children's Behavioral Health Initiative team. This team will deliver CBHI services to the LGBTQ community in a culturally informed and competent way.

The PRIDE In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

• LGBTQ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One year minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

    • Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000
      Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
    • Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
