• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordinationRequirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
