24-hour in-house hospitalist shifts. Average 1,250-1,350 deliveries
per year. Only 1-4 ED consults per shift. 24/7 in-house anesthesia,
pediatrics, and CNM support. Team-based care with nurses, social
work, and BH. On-site collaboration with Tufts perinatology. 30
minutes to downtown Boston. Sign-on bonus. Generous PTO and CME
allowance (with rollover). Two retirement plans (403b with match
