Interviews are being scheduled for a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to serve as the Chief of Primary Care in a not-for-profit integrated healthcare system 20 miles south of Boston. About the position: Immediate need due to pending retirement Plan, direct, and strategize division operations Ensure clinical quality excellence, patient satisfaction, and maximum provider productivity Lead Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Addiction Medicine, and Urgent Care 40-hour/week onsite position with both clinical and administrative duties Report directly to the President of the hospital Maintains strong patient focus with an emphasis on Safety, Quality, and Patient Experience Qualifications: M.D. or D.O., Board Certified in Internal Medicine Licensed in the state of Massachusetts 5 years of active outpatient practice experience required 2 years of previous leadership experience required Strong communication skills About the benefits: Above average compensation Health/Dental/Vision 403(b) Retirement Plan and 457 (b) Deferred Compensation Flexible Spending Account.
