Provide medical evaluation, treatment, and stabilization of patients in emergency situations. Operate ambulance equipment and maintain communication with the dispatcher. Follow protocols and guidelines set by medical authorities and AMR's operational standards. Document medical care given to patients and communicate with hospital staff. Participate in continuous training and professional development activities. Ensure the readiness of the ambulance with necessary supplies and equipment. Advanced knowledge of emergency care principles and practices. Proficiency in using medical equipment and software for patient care and reporting. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in stressful conditions.
