Job Description:
Hebrew SeniorLife, a nationally recognized non-profit dedicated
to improving the lives of seniors, is seeking a dedicated Clinical
Dietitian to join our team in Boston, MA. As an affiliate of
Harvard Medical School, we integrate care delivery with research
and education to continually advance the quality of healthcare
services for the elderly. The ideal candidate will contribute to
our nutrition programs and collaborate with healthcare teams to
provide personalized dietary planning and care, optimizing the
health and wellness of our residents through innovative nutritional
solutions. Assess nutritional needs and dietary restrictions of
residents Develop comprehensive nutritional care plans based on
medical and physical condition Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to coordinate care and promote best practices in clinical
nutrition Monitor and document patient progress and dietary changes
Educate patients and their families on proper nutritional care
Participate in research projects and contribute to academic
publications in related fields Expert knowledge in clinical
nutrition and dietary assessment Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work within interdisciplinary teams Proficiency
in dietary software and patient database management Medical

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on
