Position Highlights: Part-time role with flexibleand negotiable hours Salary Range: $45.00 -$50.00 per hour Competitive pay based ontraining, experience, and schedule Supportive work culture withopportunities to grow and contribute Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic hearingevaluations and assessments Counsel and educate patientsand families regarding hearing loss and treatment options Fit, program, and managehearing aids, ensuring optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in eClinicalWorks (EMR) Collaborate with colleaguesand staff to deliver patient-centered care Requirements: Master’s Degree or Doctoratein Audiology (Au.D. or equivalent) Board Certified or BoardEligible; Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility) required Experience or willingness towork with hearing aids is essential Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills Compassionate,detail -oriented, and professional approach to patient care Fluency in Portuguese is aplus, though not required Ability or willingness tolearn eClinicalWorks EMR Compensation & Benefits: Pro-rated medical, dental,and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off
