Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) as a Locum Physician – General
Medicine in New Hampshire and make a meaningful impact by
supporting our nation's Veterans through essential health
assessments. This role offers flexibility, competitive

part-time or full-day assignments, this position is ideal for
experienced general medicine providers looking to contribute to
vital Veteran care on a PRN basis. Key Responsibilities: Perform
Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams and Separation Health
Assessments primarily through interviews, with some physical
assessments such as range of motion and muscle strength testing.
Conduct exams independently in your own office location within a
50-mile radius of designated sites in Lincoln, NH, and Lebanon, NH.
Complete exams efficiently within scheduled shifts, submit detailed
reports and addendums in a timely manner. Adhere strictly to exam
protocols without prescribing or providing treatment. Engage in
quick credentialing and onboarding processes. Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO) with current, unrestricted license to
practice in New Hampshire. Proven experience in family medicine,
internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine.
Familiarity with compensation and pension (C&P) exams is highly
advantageous. Ability to perform interview-based evaluations and
basic physical assessments. Strong organizational skills with
attention to detail and report accuracy. Self-motivated,
dependable, and able to work independently in a private office
setting. Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience conducting
VA-related exams or working within government healthcare programs.
Certification in occupational or physical medicine. Previous
telehealth or remote assessment experience. Preferred Education and
Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution. Minimum
2 years of clinical experience in general medicine or related
specialties. Prior experience with compensation and pension
evaluations or military veteran healthcare preferred. Other
Requirements: Ownership of a private office within a 50-mile radius
for conducting exams. Ability to perform both half-day (4 hours)
and full-day (8 hours) shifts. Must commit to ongoing
administrative follow-up work, including report addendums and
diagnostic reviews. Local candidates only; travel costs are
included in the rate. No reimbursement for certifications or portal
