This position starts part-time and grows into a full-time position. About the Role We are seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapists and Psychologists to join our team. The candidate must reside in and be fully licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Responsibilities: Complete a 15-minute phone consultation upon request. Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients. Analyze, generate, and/or maintain a variety of clinical records and reports, test results, medical records, and assessments to diagnose the mental health condition of patients and propose treatment options. Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, completed within 24 hours of completing a session. Participate in regular clinical supervision, group consultation, and team meetings. Collaborate with other professionals, as needed, to ensure the best possible care for clients. Stay current on best practices in therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities. Build and maintain a strong client base through referrals and community outreach. Meet the minimum billable-hour requirement of 25 hours/week after 6 months of working with us. Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from a graduate school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) for a Therapist. Or, must be either a licensed Clinical Psychologist, PhD, PsyD, or EdD in Psychology. Successful completion of the required number of supervised clinical hours (as applicable by state for independent practice) under the supervision of a qualified mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, LMHC, LICSW) in a well-regarded clinical setting. Currently licensed in Massachusetts as an LMHC, LMSW, LICSW-R, MHC, LMHC, or Psychologist license. Able to commit to at least 3 years with Dare Therapy. Minimum of 3 years of non-supervised independent experience in a clinical setting providing psychotherapy services (including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment) to individuals, couples, and/or families. Experience with trauma-informed care is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills. Strong ethical and professional boundaries. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to perform networking and marketing. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Be proficient in one of these treatment methods: ACT, CBT, EFT, EMDR, Gottman, and IFS. Comfortable with remote work and telehealth modalities.
