Job Description:
The National Director, Clinical Excellence and Enablement builds
and leads the clinical enablement and adoption engine that
accelerates customer onboarding, standardizes workflows, increases
utilization, and improves retention. This role partners closely
with Sales, Operations, and Product to reduce adoption friction,
shorten sales cycles, and translate clinical performance into
measurable commercial outcomes across enterprise and multi site
customers. Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a
first-class remote work experience, but we also have in-person
office hubs available located in Boston, New York, Cleveland, and
Paris. What success looks like: Design, deploy, and continuously
improve standardized clinical onboarding and training programs for
physicians, technologists, and clinical staff. Lead clinical
implementations for priority enterprise accounts, including go live
planning, workflow integration, and milestone based execution.
Develop and maintain clinical playbooks, SOPs, training materials,
and troubleshooting protocols to support repeatable adoption at
scale. Serve as the clinical escalation owner for complex issues,
driving root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
Partner with Sales on late stage opportunities by delivering
clinical validation, workflow demonstrations, and executive level
clinical support. Establish and track clinical adoption KPIs,
including time to go live, training completion, utilization ramp,
and ongoing support trends. Create a structured voice of customer
program that captures field feedback, quantifies themes, and drives
quarterly alignment with Product and Operations. Support clinical
thought leadership activities as needed, including webinars,
conferences, KOL engagement, and customer advisory input. Ensure
clinical standards, training, and messaging remain aligned with
current product capabilities, regulatory requirements, and quality
expectations. What you will bring: 7 plus years of experience in
clinical sleep, medical device clinical programs, or enterprise
clinical implementation and enablement. Active RPSGT credential
Demonstrated success building training programs, clinical
workflows, and adoption playbooks across multiple sites. Strong
clinical credibility and communication skills with physicians,
technologists, and health system stakeholders. Experience
partnering cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations
to drive measurable outcomes. Ability to travel nationally and
operate effectively in a fast growth environment. Preferred
Qualifications Experience with IDNs, multi site systems, or
enterprise deployments. Background in customer success, utilization
management, or clinical operations metrics. Experience establishing
formal VOC programs and translating insights into product
requirements. The base salary range for this role is determined
based on past experience, specific skills and qualifications. The
base salary is one component of the total compensation package,
