Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Acute Care for a local contract nursing job in Worcester, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Acute Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Worcester, MA. Job Function: /n - Day Shift. /n - 5x8. /n - Document all patient care accurately, completely, and promptly in the facility EMR. /n - Prepare the operating room for procedures and assist with room turnover. /n - Assist with patient positioning and ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure. /n - Handle and label specimens according to policy. /n - Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection?control standards. /n - Identify and initiate corrective actions when necessary. /n - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure efficient workflow. /n /n Job Requirements: /n - BSN required. /n /n - BLS & ACLS- AHA. /n /n - 2 years OR RN experience preferred. /n /n - Trauma Level I experience required. /n /n - Trauma Level II experience preferred. /n /n - Traveler MUST have scrub experience. /n /n Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
