Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Windsor, VT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,348 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation - Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of recent Med Surg Rehabilitation experience required; Charge RN experience required; Previous travel experience of at least 3 months required License: Active RN license, New Hampshire or Compact Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS; Active American Heart Association ACLS Must-Have: - Must be willing to float to other units as needed within scope of practice - Candidate must have their own vehicle as public transport is not available Description: This position involves working in a Rehabilitation Medical-Surgical setting. The focus will be on patients recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury. You will aim to restore function and independence through therapies and specialized nursing care. Your role will include coordinating total nursing care for patients. Participation in patient and family education is expected. You will work cooperatively with colleagues and other healthcare personnel. Maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting is essential. The nurse to patient ratio is typically 1 to 4 or 1 to 5. You may be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse. A daily average patient census is around 22. Requested time off must be noted prior to submission and cannot exceed 5 days. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests made after an offer may lead to rescinded offers. This position requires that all call-offs be communicated in advance.
