Project Manager, Customer Simulations
As a Project Manager at Attensi, you will play a key role in creating our games, collaborating closely with simulation designers to deliver engaging training solutions for our clients.
You will blend your creative and commercial skills throughout each project's lifecycle, managing stakeholder relationships, leading meetings, and coordinating teams on both Attensi and client sides. Collaboration with our Sales and Customer Success teams is essential to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects with maximum impact.

• Excels at hosting workshops and working closely with clients.

• Has a solid interest in and understanding of technology.
  
• Is curious and quick to learn new concepts and subject areas.
  
• Has experience in consultancy or SaaS delivery.
  
  What will you do here?
  
  • 
    
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from kick-off to launch, focusing on value, quality, time, and cost.
    
  • Lead stakeholder management, including steering committee meetings with clients and internal teams.
    
  • Ensure proper scoping and approval of projects according to our development processes.
    
  • Track progress and escalate issues proactively.
    
  • Manage the delivery team daily to ensure smooth progress.
    
  • Coordinate technical setup of projects, without requiring in-depth technical skills.
    
  • Maintain open communication through coaching and feedback.
    
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
    
  • Follow and contribute to best practices in project management and mentor new team members.
