What will you do? Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor. Conduct cash escorts as required. Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity. Maintain crowd control as required. Administer medical assistance to guests and employees once certified in CPR/First-Aid/AED/BBP by the employer. Operate a motor vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. More about you Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test. Ability to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations when handling guest issues or complaints. Prior law enforcement, security or military experience preferred; hospitality/customer service experience a plus. Pass a criminal background check and obtain a State of NH gaming license. Strong verbal communication, observation and report writing skills (must be able to document incidents via the use of a computer). Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate through two way radio. Bending, stooping, lifting and carrying occasionally. Vision sufficient to perform duties day or night. Exposure to an occasionally smoky and loud environment. Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations. Exposure to large groups and bright/flashing lights.
