Job Description:
Essential Duties and Tasks To perform this job successfully, an

functions. Training & Program Coordination Facilitate, schedule,
and track all required training for new hires and current
employees. Develop and maintain training matrices and training
records within HRIS, LMS, or site databases. Coordinate onboarding,
orientation, and cross-functional training initiatives. Maintain
up?to?date training documentation, SOPs, certifications, and
compliance records. Follow up on overdue or incomplete training and
support leaders in closing gaps. Assist in performance management
training, employee relations training, and policy education
sessions. Prepare training reports for leadership, audits, or
regulatory agencies as needed. Responsibilities Assist in
administering HR policies and procedures. Support Talent
Acquisition, onboarding, and orientation processes. Maintain
employee files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with performance management, employee relations, and HR
audit processes. Provide support for Total Rewards, compensation,
and benefits administration. Prepare HR-related reports and assist
with HR projects as assigned. Always maintain strict
confidentiality of sensitive information. Coordinate, schedule, and
document safety training (LOTO, HazCom, PPE, PIT, etc.). Work with
manufacturing to ensure compliance with environmental and GMP
requirements. Other Responsibilities Support continuous improvement
initiatives in training and compliance. Collaborate with leadership
to enhance learning culture and employee engagement. Perform other
related duties as assigned by HR. Qualifications, Education and
Experience Associate degree in Human Resources, Organizational
Development, or related field preferred; or 2 years of experience
in HR or training coordination (manufacturing experience
preferred). Experience in safety programs, HR processes, or
regulatory training administration. Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA
requirements and safety standards is a plus. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook);
experience with HRIS/LMS systems preferred. Strong organizational
and time?management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines. Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and
presentation. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and
professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
