Job Description:

KEY PURPOSE As a Senior Recruiter, you will support the process of hiring high volumes of quality candidates by sourcing and screening in a highly efficient manner to provide long-lists of relevant and engaged candidates. You will also help to maintain a proactive and creative approach to finding outstanding candidates that perfectly suit the needs of our clients; and in turn help shape the future for top talent and businesses alike. The focus of this role is on candidate sourcing all while devising business critical applicant attraction and recruitment strategies. As part of the role, you will be expected to mentor more Junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Fully utilize relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activityEngage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirementsIf required, prepare an initial sourcing strategy to be reviewed before finalizingSource (identify) active candidates where required, utilizing different channels (e.g. client database, job board databases) and following Channel Activation Matrices or other directions as appropriateManage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectivenessUpon application, screen candidate applications and resumes for initial suitabilityFurther qualify candidates by telephone to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long lists. Utilize relevant telephone interview techniques as directed (i.e. competency-based interviews, behavioral interview questions, etc.)Interface between Recruiters and agencies when required, gaining necessary information to ensure both parties remain informedCold calling candidates and HeadhuntingBuild and develop talent pools of qualified candidates (prior to application or post application as directed), utilizing CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) technology where appropriateEnsure regular communication with Client/TWI Recruiters team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activityFollowing feedback from Client/TWI Recruiters on candidates submitted, ensure that all applicant records are updated in the ATS with applicants being rejected as appropriate and suitable applicants moved to talent pools for future referenceDevelop an awareness of the client's business and wider sectorMaintain agreed service levels and targetsMaintain manual reporting where requiredAppropriately escalate any issues in relation to the supply of recruitment services as appropriate.Participate and contribute within team meetingsProactively sourcing candidates utilizing different methods (eg. market mapping, job boards, social networking sites) in order to establish talent poolsDevelop an understanding of sourcing strategies for each role recruitedUpdate the recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activityScreen candidates resumes against position criteria, interview candidates on the phone to determine suitability and obtain required informationDevelop an awareness of the client's business and their recruitment needs.Response handlingDeals with active, job board and passive candidatesCV search (database, job boards, social networks) Minimal client contactCandidate long listing & shortlistingConducting short telephone screen including CBI questionsWorking on active & reworked rolesExperience in taking requirements for roles previously worked on and similarStrong in professional social networking sites searchApproaching candidates and selling the roleGood understanding of BooleanClient InterfaceManaging Projects (Leads Generation and Market Intel with Analysis)Identifying candidates from passive marketTalent pooling for open and future rolesGeneral Search for targeted roles Attributes/Behaviors/Experience---1+ years Recruitment experiencePrioritization/Time management skillsExcellent written & verbal communication skillsWorking under high pressure towards deadlinesGood technology skills (MS Product Suite; Applicant Tracking Systems) and awareness of innovation in Recruitment Technology in generalA proven talent for communication and relationship buildingStrong sense of urgency and responsive Excellent communication skills, with a good phone manner and ability to build credible relations over the phonePrevious experience of working within a multinational recruitment or professional services environment would be an advantageIn the world of Talent Sourcing, you will need to be a proactive person, who thrives on working in a high-volume professional environmentGood interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation and communication skillsAbility to deliver to tight deadlines and work calmly under pressureDemonstrates the company Demonstrates good team membership skills Proactive with high levels of energy, curiosity, tenacity and enthusiasm to deliver resultsDetail Obsessed - Focus on delivering quality and attention to detail in order to deliver exceptional outputs to our client's needsConfident in client contactBeing super organized - Excellent planning, organization and implementation skills Sense of humorUses initiative well and is a good problem solverResponsive to tasks and situationsInfluencing and negotiation - both externally with clients and internally with key stakeholders
