create a safer, more secure world. The Systems Engineering and Test
Capabilities (SETC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a
XBR Product Owner (PO) to work onsite in Woburn, MA. In this role,
you will be responsible for the execution of a subset of Systems
Engineering (SE) scope for the XBR program. This includes task
planning, milestone and schedule creation, and managing competing
priorities. Typical activities include algorithm and requirements
development, testing, analysis, software development/integration
support, and customer presentations. The successful candidate will
focus on building team capabilities while working collaboratively
with internal and external customers. What You Will Do Act as the
primary point of contact for the team, defining, prioritizing, and
executing task plans. Partner closely with XBR SW and SE
development teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of team
products and services, escalating concerns as needed to XBR IPT and
CPT. Prioritize tasks based on customer feedback and technical
feasibility to ensure the team focuses on high-priority items.
Elicit and document product requirements to provide clear guidance
for development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders, customers,
and development teams to ensure alignment with the product vision.
Create and maintain a product roadmap in collaboration with XBR IPT
and CPT, outlining the delivery schedule, milestones, and future
development paths. Participate in PI planning, including task
prioritization, sprint planning, and coordination of cross-team
dependencies within a scaled Agile framework. Qualification You
Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of
prior relevant experience. Experience in systems technology,
including systems analysis, requirements, and/or technical
development. Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on
Agile development projects. Qualification We Prefer Familiarity
with radar capability domains such as Discrimination and
Classification, Tracking, Electronic Protection, or Signal
Processing development. Proficiency in engineering tools such as
MATLAB. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to
prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions. Excellent

maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of
our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure

remote. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
