Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and processing of membrane products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Operator Location: Billerica , MA Pay Range: $20 Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00pm to 6:30am or Weekend shift What's the Job? Operate assembly equipment and second operation machines, including green forming, sintering, laser cutting, and wet saw cutting. Inspect, measure, and document metal membrane products using metrology equipment and computer data entry. Ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards, escalating issues as needed. Package finished products according to packaging specifications and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly. Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 6S and Kaizen events to enhance efficiency and quality. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures. Good attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to use measuring devices, hand tools, and computer programs such as Excel and SAP. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
