Post Closing Specialist- Brockton6 monthsHours: 8-4:30Must have:-2 plus years residential mortgage closing experience-TRID knowledge-Pri mary Purpose: To audit all Conventional loan closing documents executed by Borrower(s) for accuracy, and to ensure requirements have been metMajor Responsibilities* Ensures accurate completion of the legal documents prepared by closing attorney post closing to ensure full compliance with TRID and regulatory requirements. Ensures accuracy of all documents within specific investor requirements so to receive appropriate investor funding for all sold loans. Follows up on all outstanding items with investors and/or attorneys in a timely fashion ensuring all discrepancies are cleared within required timeframes as mandated by investor and government regulations/requirements.* Maintains comprehensive knowledge of mortgage processing systems, state and federal compliance regulations, GSE, private investor and state housing program requirements.Job Requirements:Major Responsibilities* Ensures accurate completion of the legal documents prepared by closing attorney post closing to ensure full compliance with TRID and regulatory requirements.
