Open Sky Community Services is a human service agency that
provides counseling services and treatment options to people
diagnosed with a mental illness or developmental disability. The
Employment Facilitator (Job Coach) works day hours , Monday-Friday
and supports adults with a developmental disability within an
Employment Program setting.
The program's focus is to support people to develop meaningful
day activities through both employment and community-based day
supports. It offers people the opportunity to engage in occasional
community based paid work options and/or activities such as,
volunteer work, wellness activities, arts and crafts, exercise or
other life enriching activities. The focus is to support people to
choose, get and keep a job of their choice and/or to develop a
valued role in their local community. The individuals who attend
these programs may, on occasion, benefit from staff assistance and
clinical supports to stay safe and work focused.
Open Sky Community Services agency provides generous time off,
starting at 27 days your first year. Open Sky ialso provides
various free trainings, yearly salary increases and room for
advancement. Our agency is an eligible employer for the public
Student Loan forgiveness Program, as well as provides tuition
reimbursement and will fully compensate for some certifications,
including a CNA certification.

limited time, as a way to shine a light on some of our high need
programs and to help support new employees through their first
year, Open Sky has created a bonus program! Employees being hired
into this position will be eligible for this Sign On/ Stay On Bonus
program and receive a $500 bonus ( pro-rated for Part-Time) on a
quarterly basis for their first year. This will total up to
Facilitate the choosing, getting, and keeping of community
employment or other meaningful occupation for each individual.
Facilitate activities that develop of valued community roles and
personal relationships Implement all procedures that ensure
individual health, safety, and well being. Develop and implement
all rehabilitation, recovery, and other service plans. Assist
people to access, and/or provide, all needed transportation.
Provide flexible program coverage, transportation and support,
based on needs.
B.A. preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent and valid
driver's license issued a minimum of 3 years ago with a clean
driver history required.
