mission.OBJECTIVE:
- Assist Preclinical & Translational Sciences (PTS) Operations in
the setting up of several types of agreements with external
partners.
- Support the strategy, key interfaces and alignment of PTS
Strategy and Operations (S&O).
- Responsible for the management of workflows within PTS
Contracts and Payments Team. -
- Identify potential problems and issues concerning the several
types of agreements and work toward issue resolution. - - - - - - -
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Process internal contract requests for Statements of Work using
established processes.
- Process internal requests for Master Service Agreements,
Confidentiality Agreements, Sponsorships and/or grants using
established processes.
- Understand Invoice reconciliation process and how to resolve
issues.
- Work cross functionally with internal partners (i.e.,
Procurement, Legal and Takeda Contracts teams).
- Work to resolve issues concerning the above-mentioned agreement
types acting as the crucial point of contact between internal
requestors/external vendors and internal partners.
- Communicate finalized agreement with internal requestors and
external vendors in a timely manner.
- Be a resource to help guide requesters/vendors through internal
processes.
- Work within established functional area budgets.
- Participate within team/group meetings.EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- B.S. in the field of business administration, finance, or
information systems.
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare industry with a
background in business process management and comfort with multiple
projects and ability to prioritize between deliverables in a
multi-disciplinary, global environment.
- Proven experience in working in business operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and
collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to prioritize between deliverables in a
multi-disciplinary, global environment.
- Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate a
team.
- Strong PC literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook,
Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- SharePoint, Yammer, and teams experience a plus.
- Smartsheet experience is highly desired.
- Business metrics, Ariba, Power BI is a plus.VACCINATION

who work fully on-site or in a hybrid model (as determined by
