Job Description:
BCI is searching for a Senior Behavior Specialist in the
Brockton, MA area!A great opportunity has arrived! Behavioral
Concepts (BCI), is currently seeking a full-time Senior Behavior
Specialist to join our team. Senior Behavior Specialists have
demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment and have made
significant progress towardreceiving their certification, licensure
and credentialing. They provide treatment by protocol using best
practices in ABA under the direction of a Behavior Analyst with
high independence and technical skills given their experience. They
also assist Behavior Analysts in supervising cases and providing
protocol modification, while accruing hours toward their
certification and building skills in preparation to become a
Behavior Analyst.Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients
as neededProvide clinical direction to technicians as neededAssist
Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family
treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical
programmingFollow guidelines regarding time spent on non-billable
activitiesEnsure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and
reliabilityComplete mandatory trainings and attend required
meetingsDocument services delivered accurately and timely according
to company policiesReport clinical and scheduling concerns
promptlyAdhere to all company compliance policies, written or
unwrittenComplete other tasks as assigned by supervisorMaster's
Degree or enrolled in Master's Degree programBoard Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within
12 months of obtaining a MastersCertification, registration and/or
license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior
treatment.Physical requirements vary and are based on specific
client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the
following: push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds, and move quickly,
according to client needs. It is necessary to be able to sit on the
floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run. Must be able to walk, stand and
