Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Workout Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and restructure past due loans as necessary
Conduct collection calls for loans over 30 days past due and
analyze borrower financial conditions
Cross-sell additional company products and services to new and
existing customers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years' experience handling commercial
transactions
Bachelor's Degree with an Accounting background preferred
Familiarity with Bankruptcy Code Chapters (7, 11, 13) and
foreclosure processes
Experience with PCSF 2000 Loan Manager loan system preferred
Knowledge of banking principles, policies, and procedures
