Job Description:
HVAC company located in Weymouth MA is looking for a reliable,
organized and detailed oriented individual. Responsible for a wide
variety of requests and helping to coordinate daily schedule and
functions associated with the scheduled service department.
Responsibilities: Enter/Modify/Maintain service work orders.
Scheduling - Administer/Monitor daily and weekly scheduling.
Advise/Notify on current coverage situations. Issue purchase
orders. Follow up on completed calls. Pull completed work orders
for billing. Support office staff. Other various admin. tasks as
needed.
