Description:Manufacturing Client in Brockton, MA is looking for a Facility Technician. Facility Technician will be responsible for maintaining open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds. They will also be responsible maintenance and landscaping of assigned areas. Facility Technician will perform preventative maintenance, make minor repairs, and assists outside service personnel as needed. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Saturdays when needed)Must Haves:Plumbing, Electrical, Hvac, Carpentry, Painting, Facilities, preventative/corrective maintenance on HVAC equipmentTop Skills Details:- Jack of all trades- HVAC experienceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:EPA universal is preferred 2nd class fireman license is a plusAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
