Job Title: Sales Support RepresentativeLocation: Brockton, MASalary: $55K-$80K + BonusBenefits: Health Insurance + 401k with Match + Paid Time OffRequirements: Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service experience within HVAC, construction or some other mechanical/technical fieldWe are one of New England's leading HVAC manufacturer's representative firms, and we are looking for a mechanically inclined Sales Support Representative to add to our team.This role involves NO COLD CALLING but rather helping out the outside sales team with providing technical information to clients, which are engineers and contractors within the HVAC industry.The Sales Support Representative will be reviewing HVAC construction plans for commercial projects, interpreting HVAC specifications and preparing detailed, job-specific quotes and engineering documents.What You Need for this Position

• Prior experience within HVAC, construction or some other mechanical/technical field
• Being mechanically inclined and having the ability to quickly assimilate technical/mechanical information
• Ability and desire to work and communicate effectively with internal team members and external clientsWhat's In It for You
