OVERVIEW OF ROLE: The cycle counter is responsible for overseeing inventory flow throughout the organization, ensuring both accuracy of inventory levels and quality of product. To be successful in this role, the incumbent must have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with management, floor personnel, and other internal departments. This position is located in our Norton distribution facility. 2 positions available: First shift-5:00am-3:30pm Second shift-3:30pm-2:00am ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completes physical inventories of warehouse products.
• Documents and reports damaged products.
• Documents and reports short, dated product
• Research inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in troubleshooting functions related to shipping/receiving.
• Able to work independently with little direction.
• Able to perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years' experience in shipping/receiving in manufacturing/warehouse environment required
  • Licensed to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred
  • Familiar with warehouse documentation and processing requirements required
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems, NAV experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and take directions in English.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Inventory Management Systems preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The below physical demands are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
