immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
in Brockton, MA, and the surrounding areas. Join our passionate and

parent/caregiver education and functional behavior
assessments.Create ABA programs tailored for children and
adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Employ
evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral
Interventions.Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and
handle case management.Offer clinical direction, training, and
support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior
Technicians.Provide supervised, professional experience to
Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT
certification through group and individual
supervision.RequirementsPossess an active Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)Must
be able to work a hybrid schedule of in-person and virtual
telehealthFlexible to work with combined home, school, and center
caseloadsDemonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative,
organizational, and leadership skillsPrevious experience in
supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum
disorders (ASD).Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and
inclusive work environmentValid MA driver's license and reliable
