Company Description Greenland Veterinary Hospital is founded on

Hampshire, we are an AAHA-accredited, small animal general practice
seeing dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and pocket pets. We provide
services varying from wellness and sick appointments, surgical
procedures, dentistry, radiology, ultrasounds, companion laser
therapy, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and much more. We are
searching for certified veterinary technicians who want to feel

duties include, but are not limited to: Our Treatment Technicians
are responsible for -phlebotomy, catheter placement, cystocentesis,
fine-needle aspirates, animal restraint, anesthesia monitoring,
surgical prep, running treatments on our appointments and stellar
patient care. Our ideal candidate will have strong computer skills
and excellent customer care skills. You must also be thoughtful,
friendly, curious, responsible, punctual, and have a strong desire
to learn! - Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises.
May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially
contagious diseases. Whether you're looking to just be a master of

interactive training and continuing development. Qualifications
We're looking for: A certified veterinary technician, 1+ year
experience preferred but not required We are open to new graduates
from an AVMA accredited program that are waiting to take the VTNE
Top-notch technical skills! Ability to arrive on-time and ready to
work Computer skills a must! We are a paperless practice! Pays
attention to detail and is a fast learner Exceptional customer
service skills and ability to communicate precisely Interpret
medical records and record client history accurately Knowledge in
preventative care and hospital flow Ability to restrain pets in a
low-stress and safe manner Proficient in sample collection to
include blood samples, urine, fecal, and skin Ability to properly
set-up and process laboratory samples and tests, preferred but not
required Proficient in positioning and capturing radiographs
Proficient in anesthesia preparation, monitoring, and recovery A
self-starter with the desire to continue to advance one's knowledge
and skillset Ability to receive in a professional manner
constructive feedback to maintain hospital efficiency Desired
Qualifications: Avimark experience Experience working in an AAHA
