Job Description EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience in moving and storage industry is a plus but not required Valid drivers license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written skills Self Starter Organized Willing to work independantly RESPONSIBILITIES Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and potential customers (within 50 miles of 02324) Conduct phone calls and face to face at potential customers homes daily to provide estimates Maintain records of all sales and leads Monitor the company's industry competitors and market conditions to understand customers needs MISC. We will provide on the job training Leads will be provided by the company if need be Answer to the sales manager or owner of the company PAY STRUCTURE Monthly fuel allowance $500 paid on the 1st Friday of every month $400 weekly draw that will be deducted at the end of the week from commissions earned Commissions between 4-8% depending on how the lead was generated. Commissions are paid the following Friday after completion of the job, not the booking date. Quarterly and yearly bonuses for reaching sales goals. Sales goals will be determined by sales area covered and experience. After 1st year at the position, if all goals met then a car allowance, car insurance allowance and cell phone allowance will be given on top of commissions
