Job Description:
Medicus Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Account
Executive to join our vibrant team. Located at the forefront of
healthcare innovation, we provide indispensable staffing solutions
to healthcare facilities, enhancing their ability to deliver
exceptional patient care. As a Sales Account Executive, you will
play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact by
establishing and nurturing profitable relationships with healthcare
providers. Identify and develop new business opportunities with
potential clients in the healthcare sector. Maintain and strengthen
relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term
cooperation. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about
industry trends and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver
presentations tailored to clients' needs and manage contract
negotiations. Achieve sales quotas within assigned territory and
categories by understanding client needs and delivering solutions
in coordination with Medicus services. Collaborate with the
marketing and client service teams to deliver integrated solutions
that meet clients’ specifications. Utilize CRM tools to track
client interactions, manage pipelines, and achieve sales
objectives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven
ability to negotiate and close deals Excellent organizational and
time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of
a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Knowledge of
the healthcare industry and its regulations is preferable Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional sales
certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person – CPSP)
Healthcare industry certifications are a plus (e.g., Certified
Medical Representative – CMR)
